Virginia's ground transportation market is split between two very different geographies. Northern Virginia — Arlington, Alexandria, Tysons, Herndon, Reston, Ashburn, McLean — is one of the densest executive travel markets in the country, driven by the technology sector, defense contracting, and proximity to federal agencies. The rest of Virginia — Richmond, Virginia Beach, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville — is a different operating environment entirely, requiring long-distance black car service over the I-95 and I-64 corridors.
